My name is Gabrielle Victoria and I opened GV Innovative Strategies in 2021, in the midst of a world turned upside down by the pandemic. Like many professionals, I faced the reality of job loss. I was heartbroken and terrified. But instead of letting that define me, I chose to reimagine my path forward. With the support of mentors, family, and friends, I leaned into my strengths in communication, event management, design, and branding to create a consulting firm built to help others do the same — transform what they love into something that brought them fulfillment and reward.
What started as a "mode of survival" has grown into a respected woman‑owned, Black‑owned firm that partners with entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives to elevate their presence and bring bold ideas to life. From strategic consulting and branding to event design and image consulting, my work blends creativity and strategy to transform visions into experiences that resonate.
